Back from a week long cruise to Bermuda with 2 of the 4 boys and their significant others plus a family friend and her cousin. The cruise was a way for us to honor my in-laws. What a fun time we had, great company, beautiful scenery and glorious weather, plus an engagement . Photos by Bob to follow shortly. The photo above is a pirated photo from a Bermuda tourism site. Bob's are much better, I assure you.
And while the new roof is on, the new gutters are not because I guess the weather was iffy here last week. In the 30 hours since we have been home we have had several torrential downpours and without gutters and downspouts my garden is being wrecked! Let's hope for a speedy resolution to the problem.
Later,
Janet

ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous beach! That looks like a dream vacation!

Daughter and I stayed in Bermuda a about 4 years ago for a week. My favorite place I have ever visited. No crime rate. We felt so safe. We were able to walk, ride the bus, ride the ferries. Hope you have some pic I recognize. I don't think I have ever posted mine.

Hi Janet - catching up now I'm back and beginning to get over the jet lag and an allergic reaction to the anti-malarial med. I was taking - 27 hours in transit to get home!
ReplyDeleteWhat a marvelous time I had - best trip of my entire life. You and Bob seem to be getting around too, good for you.
Did I say July 1 in Peterborough? Can't locate my e-mail regarding the visit next month. Does that day work for you? We fly into Manchester very late on the 30th and could meet in Peterbrough early afternoon next day. Can you e-mail me and let me know dear.
Hugs - Mary
