Apricots

The local apricots have been so very delicious this year...sweet, run down your chin juicy with just a hint of fuzz on the skin.  I cannot get enough of them.  Better hurry though as I think the season is just about over.  I think I need to make an apricot turnover with some puff pastry and a scoop of vanilla ice cream, want to share?

Later,
Janet

  6. Delightful! I can almost taste that sweet juice.

Thanks for visiting Porch Days. We are loading a small truck with our favorite chairs and the washer and dryer. It remains to be seen if we can cram all four cats into their crates without being scarred for life. And then there is the 11 hours of howling to listen to by the lucky person who drives the Kia. If all goes well we will be in Windham by the weekend! So excited.
