MODVIC

Here is a restoration project that is going on near me. Check it out at modvic.com
Unfortunately I am not going to be around for either of their Open Houses and it is even more unfortunate that I do not have a buyer for the house :(

Later,
Janet

I sure would love to have the money to restore something like that! I used to be more romantic and imagine that I could tackle it, but I am becoming more realistic in my older age. It takes one huge chunk of change to do it right!

Happy day!

Hi Janet --

My wife, Melanie and I would love to give you a private tour if you're interested sometime in the next few weeks.

We just finished plastering the walls and we're putting in the kitchen cabinetry (there were 5 kitchens before when it was still had 5 rental units) and tiling the bathrooms.
We just got a great story in the Sun Chronicle www.sunchronicle.com on Monday and will be getting more press in the Boston Globe and Providence Journal at the end of March.

Hope to hear back from you.

All the best,
Bruce

Janet - thanks for visiting our blog! I had to laugh when I popped onto yours - I am totally a house peeper too! If I could, I'd try to make it into every house on the street, block, and world. I just love how all the architecture is places in homes - thanks for sharing this home with us!!
