Grab your beverage of choice, sit back and relax. This is my take on Seattle. You would never guess what interests me....food, food and flowers. They just make me happy! Click to enlarge.

The Norwegian Star in port in Seattle
This is an upgrade, folks! Much bigger than we have had in the past.
Bye Seattle, see you in a week. ( Yes, that really is me)
Told you the decor was gaudy. Floating Vegas, Baby.
Tomorrow we will visit Historic Ketchican Alaska
Later,
Food and flowers - sounds and looks good to me.
ReplyDeleteI like your upgrade. ;-) Much, much better than the norm.
Oh my gosh, I lived in Seattle for years! This was such a treat (I haven't been back since I moved). It's a wonderful city. I've never been on a cruise. That ship is something else! Have a wonderful time!

OMG I would die. Love the fresh stands. What a life.
ReplyDeletewell, the change from pikeplace to the ship is gigundous. earth to mars? wow, i had no idea the ship would be like that. but the scenery on the cruise was worth it, huh?!? jkj
ReplyDeleteFloating Vegas indeed! I thought the same thing on our cruise. The flowers, oh.the.flowers. Could you believe how cheap they were? I filled my brothers house for $30.00! And the green, that's it, next year a road trip. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteLovely pictures. I love to cruise. The only way to truly get away from it all.
ReplyDeleteIt all looks heavenly, Janet! So good to hear you are enjoying yourself!
ReplyDeleteAlso glad to hear you thought of me and Tom Brady...I thought he was yours??
Linda
Beautiful colors in the photos, Janet! Can't wait to see more of Ketchikan....
ReplyDeleteOh you just brought me back to my trip from last year. I went on Sept 2nd! I loved every minute of my trip.
ReplyDeleteI went on Holland America and the ship looks so much different. Very much down played I guess. More woods and classy designs. The rooms were much bigger too.
I can't wait to go on Roayal Caribbean in a few weeks to see the difference. I've only been on HAL cruises.
Looking forward to your other posts about your trip.
Hugs,
Joanne
Seattle! My favorite place on earth! Thanks so much for sharing photos.

Wow, what great pictures! This looks like so much fun. Wish I could've been there myself, but this is the next-best thing. -Julia :-)
