Today I went to a funeral for a co-worker's 27 year old son. I am not sure of the particulars except that he was struggling with some form of mental illness and apparently mixed some meds. So very sad, so please hug your kids or if they are not living at home call them and tell them that you love them. You just never know!
Later,
Janet
I am so, so sorry Janet. Bill came home today and told me that one of his co-workers had a 25 year old son die today from the same thing your friend's son did. So tragic...so, so young.
ReplyDeleteThey are all in my prayers...

Awww.....this is always such an eye opener to pay attention to our loved ones!
ReplyDeleteOn Wednesday I went to the funeral home...viewing of the son of a former colleague. Makes you realize just how vulnerable we all are.
ReplyDeleteOh Janet, how very sad. Yes of course i will give my babes a great big hug and kiss, something I practice daily anyway. God bless the family.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Rose
How terribly sad...I hope that your friends have a wonderful support system to help them in this grieving time.
ReplyDeleteThat is so sad. My friend had someone shoot themselves at work last Thursday. You never know what state people are in.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Nan
Oh my, I can't think of anything worse than losing a child. So very sad.
ReplyDeleteThank you Janet for sharing. How very sad. I hope your friends can find some peace eventually.
