HAPPY BIRTHDAY JANO

Today is my friend Jano's Birthday and I have invited her to enter the blog world and at least peek at what I have been doing. Jano and I met in the early 80s when we both lived in Vermont and had small sons. We quickly became friends, but then she moved to CT and eventually CA and I moved to MA. Over the years she has been a tremendous help to me and a source of comfort and strength when my life took some unexpected turns. We don't see each other often, but when we do we are able to just pick up the conversation and move ahead. So, if you have a friend like Jano, please call or e-mail her today and tell her you are thinking of her and let her know how much she means to you.

Yesterday, just in time for Big Night, I received my prize package from Cassie at
Mockingbird Hill , Cassie is a Realtor in Florida....and without further ado....... (ahem...this is where the pictures
should go)

You can tell the state of the Florida Real Estate Market by this box. Really, who has time to paint and polka dot a box? But isn't it just the cutest?

Candles that drip "blood", kinda like the ones put in the wine bottles in the 60s. Anyone remember those?

A container my two black cats covet for a tasty mole or two

And this cute as a pumpkin, pumpkin ornament.

So much fun. Cassie, you are the best!!!.

I did go walking yesterday and took some really nice house pics, although the Hubbie says he will take me out and teach me how to use the camera. I think he meant to say that he will help me enhance my innate photographic abilities.

Janet

PS. Could one of you kind souls who uses Blogger please e-mail me and let me know what I need to do to format my posts, pleeeeeeze! Make it very, very simple please I am feeling a bit sensitive.

  9. Thank you everyone who has been kind enough to help me. I have to say that everybody seems to have their own way, so maybe it isn't so obvious after all. I still don't understand why they pop up in reverse order, but at least I have several methods to rearrange them.

And thanks for reading my drivel and leaving comments. It means a lot to me. Janet
